Preparing Your Body Energetically and Physically for Pregnancy

Preparing your body for conscious conception goes beyond taking supplements. It means aligning your physical health and energetic field so your womb becomes a sacred vessel for life.

Why Energetic Preparation is Essential

Physical Preparation for Conscious Conception

  • Eat whole, organic foods rich in minerals and antioxidants (e.g. high amounts of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and legumes)

  • Stop consuming any type of drugs, such as coffee, alcohol or tobacco

  • Consider doing a fasting (recommended: two fasting before pregnancy including parasite cleanses) to detoxify the body and prepare it for pregnancy

  • Use clean, plant-based personal care and household products

  • Take high-quality pre-natal vitamins; I recommend one that I found at the Whole Foods Market (see picture below); you can find the same one on Amazon

  • Move your body gently with fertility yoga, pilates, swimming, rebounding or womb dance

  • Respiration is beneficial as it releases old energies and therefore helps to cleanse the body

  • Your environment impacts you energetically: Consider moving away from a big city or area with high volumes of traffic to a rural region, close to or embedded in nature

  • People around you may impact you energetically: Consider surrounding yourself with people who have a more positive mindset and personality
