Start with affirmations right before going to bed. This way you end the day on a positive note and the likelihood that they are being absorbed into the subconscious mind is greater. Say aloud or write: “I am safe, ready, and worthy of becoming a conscious mother.” Sometimes affirmations may help to stay in the present moment and stop the chatter of the so-called “monkey-mind”. Although, I’d recommend for everyone who wants to clear self-limiting beliefs on a deeper level to take into consideration a more profound healing of the subconscious mind.
